My husband, Ryan, and I always wanted a little oasis of our own. A place where we could live quietly with our dogs and just enjoy each other. We thought that in order to have that dream, we would have to live in the middle of nowhere and that it would be in our later years. Well, God decided that we needed this a bit sooner. This year, while doing some random Googling online, I decided to see what I would be pre-qualified for with a home. Truthfully, after years of messing up my credit after college, I thought home buying was going to take a lot longer. Surprise, surprise, I ended up getting pre-qualified.
